Buffer preparation takes a lot of precision, care, and patience. Homogeneity of the buffer is critical to protein function, stability and purification, and ultimately significant yields of viable biologic product.

We offer a single-use, impeller-less mixing system that is designed for both liquid/liquid and liquid/powder buffer mixing. Our single-use bag system creates a completely sterile mixing and recirculation process from start to finish. The rapid recirculation design will mix almost any component to a homogeneous mixture within five to 15 minutes, saving time without sacrificing quality or consistency. Once mixed, we have a full array of bags and containers to store the media until it is ready for use.

Our portfolio of single-use products including bag assemblies, custom tube sets and manifolds, valves, fittings, and containers can be used in many media preparation processes. We can configure them to fit your existing process, providing unit operation design expertise to assure performance, quality, and timely delivery.
